Shipping Policy

Processing Time
In stock items will generally ship within 2-3 days, however life happens for please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For custom orders, construction and shipping time will be discussed during the ordering process. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We ship only Domestic (USA).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. However, we're happy to assist with claims if needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

 

Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for items that are defective or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Items must be returned in unused, original condition.

Custom Orders

I accept returns, replacements, or repairs only for manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zipper, broken strap) reported within  30 days of delivery. Please use the Contact form and include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, a brief description of the problem.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned.
