Custom Order Request Form

Want to order something made just for you? Here's how it works:

1. Visit the Product Overview page and select the pattern you'd like.

2. Visit the Fabric Options page and select your preferred fabric for the exterior. A suitable interior fabric will be selected based on your color preference.

3. Complete the Order Request form below with as much detail as possible to start your order.

4. We'll work together to finalize the order details and schedule. Once confirmed,  you'll receive an invoice for the total cost, including shipping charges, and minimum deposit due.

Each purse is handmade with care and may feature slight variations in stitching, pattern placement, or fabric texture. These natural differences add to the charm and uniqueness of handmade items and are not considered defects.​

Custom Order Terms

  1. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, I begin preparing materials and cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund.

  2. Deposit: a non-refundable deposit is required before construction can begin.

  3. Delivery: Estimated construction timeframe window and shipping date will be determined during the order confirmation process.

  4. Returns & Repairs: I accept returns, replacements, or repairs only for manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zipper, broken strap) reported within 60 days of delivery. Please use the Contact form and include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, a brief description of the problem.
